Terms & Conditions
- All vehicles maintain a strict no smoking policy.
- A deposit is required to secure bookings made in advance. The full balance is due if the booking is made within 30 days of the journey.
- Invoice work is available.
- Deluxe Chauffeurs reserves the right to charge for waiting time that exceeds the original booking duration. The rate for waiting time is £45.00 per hour.
- Access may be denied to any client who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who exhibits abusive or threatening behavior towards the driver or others. No refunds or compensation will be provided if access is denied.
- Clients are responsible for any damage or soiling to the vehicle’s interior or exterior and will be charged accordingly. If the damage impacts the company’s ability to fulfill future bookings, charges may include lost business revenue.
- Additional mileage beyond the original contract may incur extra charges.
- Deluxe Chauffeurs is not liable for delays in reaching a destination caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic accidents, congestion, or natural events.
- Deluxe Chauffeurs holds full insurance for passenger and third-party liability. We cannot accept responsibility for passengers’ personal belongings and will not be liable for any loss or damage to such items.
- Clients may provide their own child seat, but must allow adequate time for proper installation before departure. While our drivers will strive to be punctual, we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
- Our drivers are trained to adhere to safe driving speeds in accordance with national speed limits and current road conditions.
- Clients are responsible for any additional expenses incurred during the hire period, including tolls, parking, and congestion charges. Any parking fines resulting from a client’s instructions will be charged to the client.
- Deluxe Chauffeurs vehicles are cleaned on the day of hire. We cannot be held responsible for changes in the vehicle’s exterior appearance due to weather conditions or terrain.
Cancellation & Refund Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled journey are non-refundable.
